Is the program safe?
Answer: Not only is it safe, it works better than any other programs you have tried before because we get to the cause of the problem. We want to find out why the weight got there in the first place. We need to find any imbalances in your system. Our goal is to get your body into fat burning mode, get you exercising properly for your body type, get you eating properly for your body type and then to balance your body through proper nutrition. The final goal is not only the size of body you desire, but the most important goal is to become healthy and have the energy you need!
How long do I have to do the program?
Answer: That depends on several things. How much you have to lose is a factor. How unhealthy you are is a factor. The amount of pain you have in your body is a factor. Your willingness to be compliant is a factor. Basically, there are three phases to the program. There is the initial detoxification of your body, which is also the time to get rid of any pain you might be experiencing. The next phase is geared to kick your body into fat burning mode. Again, the amount of time in this phase depends on how much weight you have to lose. The final phase is maintenance. Maintenance is something you will want to do to keep your weight off for the rest of your life. By the time you get to maintenance, you will know what to do to trigger your fat burning hormones and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
How long before I see result?
Answer: You will generally see results within weeks. Every patient is different. Some have further to go than others. But it is not uncommon for patients to lose 5 to 25 pounds during the first three weeks. (Some men have lost more—no, it’s not fair!)
Is it expensive?
Answer: We have options to fit your budget. There are options where we have minimal involvement with you all the way to a broad, all-inclusive, hand-holding weight loss experience—possibly the most comprehensive weight loss plan you could ever find! You decide which plan fits for you. The plan you choose depends on the goals you have for your health.
